I started gymnastics when I was 8 years old, at a gym named Omega in Castle Rock, Colorado. I moved through their program very quickly and was state champion at level five. After state at level five, Omega closed. Cheryl Baits, the owner, recommended I go to Colorado Aerials, in Colorado Springs, her son's gym. Later that year we tried out with Colorado Aerials and I was in love. We got to work tons of upgrades and that excited me quite a bit! I have stayed with Colorado Aerials since and have won level 6, and 9 state. As a level 10 I took second all around at state, qualified to JO Nationals, and qualified junior international elite. In November of 2013, as a freshman, I committed to University of Utah on a full-ride scholarship to their gymnastics program. My goal for the 2014 season is to get to P&G Championships and maybe even get on podium. My future goal is to be on the national team and compete for USA.
